1. Definitions

  • “Customer” / “You” / “User” refers to any individual or entity accessing the website or placing an order.
  • “Products” refers to any skincare or fragrance items offered for sale on the website.
  • “Order” refers to a confirmed purchase of one or more Products.

2. Use of Website & Account

  • Customer must be at least 18 years old or have consent from a legal guardian to make a purchase.
  • Customer agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or placing an order.

3. Products & Pricing

  • All products, descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to display current and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that the website content is error-free at all times.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order even after confirmation, in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing error, or suspicious activity.
  • Prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

4. Order, Payment & Payment Methods

  • Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received and payment method is verified.
  • Payment methods available: (list your payment gateways, e.g. bank transfer, online payment gateway, credit/debit card, e-wallet, etc.)
  • Customer is responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees or conversion fees incurred.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • We will ship products to the address provided by Customer. It is Customer’s responsibility to ensure address is correct and complete.
  • Shipping time is estimated, not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier, customs (if applicable), natural disasters, or force-majeure situations are beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to Customer at the moment the courier accepts the package for shipment.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Because of hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare or fragrance once the product is opened/sealed (unless damaged in transit).
  • If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos.
  • We will evaluate and — if valid — offer replacement or refund (excluding shipping fees).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be made via the original payment method or store credit, as per company policy.

7. Restrictions & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or Products for illegal purposes.
  • Resell Products purchased from us without written permission (if applicable).
  • Misrepresent identity or falsify information.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these T&C at any time without prior notice.
