We currently ship orders within Malaysia, including:
- Semenanjung Malaysia
- Sabah & Sarawak
International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within:
- 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time after the order is processed:
3.1 Semenanjung Malaysia
- 2–5 working days
3.2 Sabah & Sarawak
- 3–7 working days
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service, festive seasons, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Weight/size of the items
Any promotions or free shipping offers will be displayed on the website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier company details
You may track your parcel via the courier’s tracking page.
6. Wrong Address or Missing Information
Please ensure your address is accurate and complete.
KajauChapter is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing details
- Incomplete recipient information
If the parcel is returned to us, the customer must pay for reshipping.
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or hasn’t moved for more than 5 working days, contact us.
We will assist by:
- Filing a report with the courier
- Updating you on the claim process
Note: Courier investigations may take several days.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos/videos
- Contact us within 24 hours
- Include your order number and shipping label
We will assess and assist with product replacement (subject to Return & Exchange Policy).
